  Real disappointed with the customer service. I placed an online order for some newborn clothes for my soon to be born daughter and the staff at pickup rendered it to someone with my name that wasn't me. Sadly all they did was check an ID then they proceeded to call me to ask if I did the online order after the fact of them giving someone else my purchase items. Sadly at this point it is uncertain if I'll be getting a refund for their mistake. The management couldn't guarantee me a solid reply in regards to the matter except for "that individual said they will return the items". Sadly not all people are trust worthy especially if they know they didn't place an online order and still proceed to pickup someone else's things. The Delano Kmart needs to either cross check their orders or do more training. I have never had this issue with online order through Walmart.
